Are all three colors launching together?
Yes. Black Forest, Mocha, and Gray are part of the same first release. Each has its own sizes and availability shown on its product page.

Sizing and fit

How do your hoodies fit?
Relaxed through the body and shoulders, with a standard sleeve length. If you’re between sizes and want a boxier look, size up. If you want it closer to the body, take your usual size.

Do they shrink?
Wash cold and tumble dry low and you should see minimal shrinkage. Hot water and high heat will shrink almost any cotton-heavy hoodie, ours included.

What if I order the wrong size?
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Unworn items are eligible; a 10% restocking fee and customer-paid return shipping apply to size changes. See our Shipping & Returns page.

Orders and shipping

Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase. Standard shipping is currently our only delivery option.

Where do you ship from?
Houston, TX.

How fast will I get it?
We aim to pack orders within 1-2 business days. Available shipping methods, costs, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout for your address.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only to addresses in the United States. Available rates appear at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as you can. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we can almost always fix it.

Returns

What’s your return policy?
Request a return within 30 days of delivery for an unworn, unwashed item in original condition. For size changes or other change-of-mind returns, we deduct a 10% restocking fee from the item price and you pay return shipping. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged or defective, we waive both charges. Read the full policy.

How long do refunds take?
Once your return reaches us, we process the refund within a few business days. Your bank may take a few more to show it.

Care

How should I wash it?
Cold wash, inside out, tumble dry low. Skip the bleach and don’t iron directly over any print.
